To the economic miracle of Taiwan, it plays an important role. With the popularization of information technologies and the Internet promotes, the banks start to offer their financial services for fitting the needs of E-commerce and the competition of financial achieve the purpose of expanding business, reducing operating costs, and the prevalence of e-financial innovation services. Online bank takes the financial service to the client through dedicated network platform, and gives the customer prefect and safe service, and the management of the bank. This study examines the customer’s Satisfaction of Online bank by ANOVA , correlation analysis, and this study applies the Information System Success Model proposed by Delone & Mclean(2003) to understand the relationship between each factor as the theoretical basis. This research’s objective is to understand the belief of Perceived usefulness, easiness and security, and to discuss whether various factor can affect the customer’s Satisfaction of Online bank or not. Results of the study will contribute to the bank, which can also offer more convenient and safe innovation services for customers. The findings of the study include: 1. The information quality affect the satisfaction of online bank. 2. The system quality affect the satisfaction of online bank. 3.
