However, to bring convenience at the same time, tend to create a negative topic, once the load generated, the staff for the work of burnout.This study to understand the use of mobile communication software and the relationship between job burnout.
This study uses the field method, will be for the organization in the use of mobile communication software to contact the staff, the questionnaire collection. Data analysis results found, there is no significant relationship between the use of mobile communication software and work- family conflict, work- family conflict and job burnout,too. But there is a significant relationship between mobile communication software and job autonomy.There is also a significant relationship between job autonomy and job burnout.
