Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 105 === In this experiment, two kind of monomers, 4,4’-Oxydianliline (ODA)and3,3′,4,4′-Biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA), were employed to synthesize the poly (amic acid) (PAA) precursor of polyimide. Through addition of modified metallocene cyclic olefin copolymers (mCOC), the poly (amic acid)/mCOC composite was formed. And the PI/mCOC composites were obtained by a blade coating and multi-step thermal curing process. In this experiment, metallocene cyclic olefin copolymers were induced into the PI matrix to promote its thermal and hydrophobic properties.
The structure of prepared PI/mCOC was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR)、nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) 、Surface resistance、Dielectric properties、Water absorption test and Contact angle. The glass transition temperature, thermal properties and hydrophobic properties of PI/mCOC were analyzed by Dynamic Mechanical Spectrometer(DMA), Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and Contact angle meter, respectively.
The formation of a network structure between PI and modified mCOC significantly reduces the mobility of PI molecules and thereby increasing its glass transition temperature and thermal properties. The thermal and hydrophobic properties were increased by the increase of the mCOC grafting ratio.
