| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 105 === The main purpose of this experiment is to disuss the physical properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties of acrylic resin and composites materials with nano-SiO2 and TiO2.The composite ink of acrylic resin,SiO2 and TiO2 was prepared by dispersing / intensive mixing method, and the mixture was mixed with the same weight percentage of SiO2,nano-SiO2,TiO2,and nano-TiO2.Coated the mixture on the substrate to make film, doing some optical measurement and a variety of analytical experiments. Using Fourier Transform Infared(FTIR), Thermaogravimetry Analyzer(TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimety(DSC), UV-VIS spectrometer(UV-VIS), and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) to do experiment. Also using pencil hardness test and adhesion test to test the property of film.
