There are more and more renovation in hospitals, but nobody care and put emphasis on indoor air quality. As the results, this research is aim to study indoor air quality of renovation management and focus on interior decoration by using experimental analysis to do point inspection. Building materials and engineering methods affect users’ health. Moreover, patients’ physical conditions are worse than normal people. That’s why the health in wards is more important than in other places. The indoor air pollutants produced by the renovation works may cause the harm of the medical personnel, patients and their family members. Therefore, interior decoration materials selection and construction methods will affect the suspended particulates, formaldehyde and total volatile organic compounds variety. This study compare inspection data with the indoor air quality standards published by Environmental Protection Administration and analyze before, during and after construction data. Draw up concrete and feasible standard operating procedures in renovation. The result could be provided for domestic and international hospitals’ construction administration and design department. On the other hand, architects and interior designers could use this research to hospital renovation in planning design phase to maintain interior air quality. In conclusion, the study shows that use building materials with green building materials labels in planning design and procurement phase. According to different phases, select flexible duct fans, wall mounting fans, industrial fans and open windows to ventilate in construction phase. Shao, Wen-Cheng 邵文政 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 152 zh-TW
