Due to a large number of motorbikes placed in underground parking lot and the distinctiveness space of the basement where less air and less exit situation; accordingly to the fire spread characteristics of the motorbike, it only takes a short time to sank into the flames . Therefore, the design or use for the specificity of the space and personal safety needs prevention and control. The experimental aims to compare and analyze the basement 1st and 2nd floor about the fire temperature, influence distance of thermal radiation, gas concentration changes and the smoke layer behavior model of underground space fire to ensure the evacuation of safety performance. The experimental results are shown as follows: 1. With the fire source position as the center, 4 meters the value measured reaches the limits that human body can withstand temperature and the risk limits of thermal radiation. 2. Underground car park locomotive fire belongs to the ventilation control fires, burning speed limiting oxygen concentration due to the confined space, the temperature still up to 344.1 c and burning duration can be up to half an hour. 3. In the full-scale fire experiment, the ignition temperature of the plastic casing PVC of the locomotive was measured at 11m and 11.7m from the fire source location. The ignition point of the PVC of the locomotive was 454 ℃, which could not ignite the locomotives of 11m and 11.7m away from the fire source. 4. When the basement 2nd floor occur fire the thermal radiation of the fire source will impact the upper floor. On the contrary the basement 1st floor happens fire although the thermal radiation of the fire source won't impact the basement 2nd floor but the smoke will increase as the time increase invade to the basement 2nd floor. 5. When the basement 2nd floor occur fire, the concentration of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are higher than the upper floor. Indicating that the concentration of gas from fire layer will preferentially spreads to the upper layer. 6. The time of smoke reaching danger area boundary the height of 1.8m of the human body is shorter than that of temperature when fire disaster happens.
