Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 自動化科技研究所 === 105 === In this thesis, based on the O-Ring platform, thermal camera and visible camera, a thermal imager with high quality and competitive price is implemented. In general, the low price thermal camera always obtains an image with low resolution and unclear contour; therefore, in order to obtain the image with high quality and competitive price, the homogeneous coordinate is adopted to calibrate and blend the two images for calibrating the camera and transforming the picture obtained by the thermal camera and the visible camera into the same view and the same resolution. In addition, since the views of the two cameras are different, a transformation matrix between the relations of two cameras is proposed to obtain the same view. Finally, the LED thermal calibration board image and the transformation matrices are obtained by the rotation and shift controls of the developed O-Ring. The experimental results show that the developed O-Ring platform and the proposed method can calibrate the different views into the same view and blend the two images.
