Consumers sometimes can’t find the product they need, because of the most prosucts were be classified into different category. Therefore, the study focuses on product classification that causes different kinds of consumer cognition, and the relation on product classification and innovativeness of product. The study result show that product’s features are the most important for consumers when they are categorize products and innovativeness of product relate to product’s category.
