However, research about how older adults accept and play these games is insufficient. As a result, game developers have to spend more effort to figure out the design of somatosensory games for older adults. The objective of this study is to establish a conceptual framework based on the degrees of physical and psychological demands in playing these games, and to apply this framework in investigating the effects of age and types of games on game experience and mental workload. The Game Experience Questionnaire and the NASA-TLX subjective mental load assessment questionnaire were used to collect data. Results found that compared to the young group, the elderly have had a better game experience, especially for the game at the moderate levels of psychological and physical demands. The findings should be able to provide helpful tools for somatosensory game developers. Sheau-Farn Liang 梁曉帆 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
