However, the fast-changing markets and technologies are now forcing the manufacturer to be created and developed a coordination system to meet the requirement of various manufacture order. A successful QR Code system can help the manufacturer to solve their problem for small-quantity/large-variety production and frequently changing in design. It not only can merge all production information from different systems in the group into one route but also can update data simultaneously.
The purpose of the study was to identify the QR Code applied to Manufacture Order system. Based on the popularization of the mobile device in daily life, the QR Code was adopted to process the different manufacture order to a designed QR Code for handheld devices or computers. It was found that through the QR Code system with intelligent technology to achieve efficient productivity, shorten the notification time of change design, and improve the ability of customization.
The QR Code combined with ERP, PLM and MES three major information systems. It could quick and easy to get all information, such as:(1) Basis of Manufacture Order (2) Production model version (3) BOM special materials list (4) Production requirements (5) Customization requirements (6) list of all the special options. (7) SOP of the product. (8) Photo of Product. The main useful feature of this utilization is that it does not need to store all paper records of each product, all the information could be quickly and correctly scanned at any time. The system also could easily solve the problem of the time difference in the version update, highly coordination production information.
The results revealed that it could effectively assist the data combination in manufacturing, production, management, Sales, Research and Development, and Engineering department. The features including: (1) Quickly search information for production. (2) To integrate into the production information of all systems. (3) Update production details at any time. (4) All the information could be accessed by Multi-device. (5) To speed up the transmission of information to prevent any human error. The customization product could be accurately completed with highly contingency ability through QR Code system.
