According to the common problems of grassroots cadres and cadres gathered in the field of high order management, theory and literature on the part of the combination structure of site management mode in this study, the interviews, in-depth interviews with executives of companies surveyed, discussed and summarized the content of the interview, and then get the research conclusions and recommendations conclusions of this study include: summarized.
