In this study to open circuit voltage Uo, pulse width T us, pulse frequency f, the peak current Im, four parameters for the four factors and three levels of design of experiment to find parameters and the observed value, workpiece material removal rate, electrode relative attrition rate, the workpiece surface roughness analysis of the data set to Minitab contour map. Reuse with the picture of the "beautiful picture show" transparent "trim" mapping function, the observed value in overlapping contour diagram, using code at the request of the material removal rate and surface roughness of workpiece specifications, points out that the suitable block directly, can be quickly selected processing parameters.
