It focuses on the teacher’s educational belief, planning and affects after the character and moral eduation have been carried out. This study selects a junior high school teacher from Central Taiwan area as a participant, then utilizes a qualitative approach for interview and observation for data collection and analysis. The main results are as followings: 1、 Using education-loving as a fundamental basis, set up example, and build up students’ correct cognitions. 2、 Extending school activities into extra-curriculumn and set-up in-class standards. 3、 Instructing the educational foundation : focus and study hard, karma concept and merits and kindness appreciation. 4、 Carrying out character and moral education to help students develop critical thinking.
