In this women's gender consciousness rise, and The percentages for women's political participation are on the rise, this thesis attempts to analyze if Urban-suburban development divide, North-South divide , the difference of political parties, the change of election system and women reserved seats , made different influence on women's political participation. The study object of this thesis is female legislators of the fifth to eighth elections in Taiwan, and the specific analysis includes the electoral performance, as well as the Legislative Performance in the Legislative Yuan. Through literature analysis and Descriptive Statistical Analysis, this thesis attempts to analyze the women's political participation in Taiwan.Hope this article can help to understand the actual results of women's participation in politics and can provide a direction to institutional reform.
