碩士 === 東海大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 105 === With the development of science and technology, the network was becoming more and more popular, and the ratio of online learning was gradually improved. According to the research of the past scholars, it was found that the five-stage model was often applied to the related research on online learning, and had a positive impact. This study was based on the theme of online learning, to explore the construction of online learning community and the effectiveness of online learning. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation and effectiveness of the use of online learning by employees in the case company. At the same time, we interviewed the senior executives of the case company. After collecting the questionnaire and interview data, we used the five-stage model to view, and added the community of inquiry model as a basis for the proposal. The main findings showed that the case company had a stable basis in using the online learning system, and under the online learning system, the performance of the staff in training compared to the past, there was a clear positive impact. But in the current online learning system settings, there was not a very complete construction of online learning community. Employees could only use part of the function to communicate, so the construction of online learning community was less obvious.
