碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 光電與通訊學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === Sleep is one of the most fundamental physical demand and critical factor for keeping human healthy .There are various potential risks which require precise attention and judgement to deal with. Therefore, firefighters have to stay in good condition and consciousness in order to achieve it. However, the quality of sleep is deeply affected by long-time shift and disturbed environment. It may cause fatigue or unnecessary harm during mission. The research make use of PSQI and satisfaction sheet of standby room to evaluate the quality of sleep and information of Health Bank. we concluded seven aspects to analyze and discuss. According to the research: 1. A branch comes out as top on list, B branch second and C is the last by the assessing of both subjective and objective analyzation of satisfaction sheet. 2. There is no solid relationship between sleep quality and standby environment. 3. By the average paired comparative analysis approach, there’re great differences between A, B and C branch in the aspects of sign, symptom and ill-defined situation in health deposit and information.
