Summary: | 碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === This research is to explore the innovative business model in managing a restaurant which employs creative ingredients. Based on literature review, observations and in-depth interviews with relevant experts, this research compiles up such nine factors in the administration of the business model as customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnership and cost structure altogether with a combination of innovation. The research result seeks to improve such restaurant managers’ management capacities and provide planning suggestions to those who are pursuing investment in the industry.
