The main factors of this study are personal background, family atmosphere, peer relationships and network environments. Furthermore, the correlations among them are what we analyzed.   This study adopted a survey method. The data is collected on the samples of 360 teenagers from students in comprehensive junior-senior high schools in Taichung City. The effective questionnaires are 316, and the effective response rate is 92%. The survey data is analyzed by T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffe Method, and Pearson Correlation. The results are as follows : Some of teenagers’ personal background, including the period of surfing the net and the time of using the net, could significantly affect the family atmosphere of teenagers.   Most of teenagers’ personal background, including gender, grade, academic achievement, the period of surfing the net and the time of using the net, could significantly affect the peer relationship and the network environment of teenagers.   Some of teenagers’ personal background, including gender and academic achievement, could significantly affect cyberbullying behaviors of teenagers. There was a positive correlation between the family atmosphere, the peer relationship and the network environment.   There wasn’t correlation between the peer relationship and the network environment and cyberbullying behaviors. There wasn’t correlation between the family atmosphere and cyberbullying behaviors.   Finally, based on the above conclusions, the researcher also provided concrete suggestions to education administration authorities, high schools, teachers, parents and subsequent researchers.
