Description
Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === In view of the competitiveness in food and beverage industry, the attitude of service workers has direct effect on customer satisfaction and service quality. At the same time, whether the balance between the stress of workers and their job performance is reflected in their work attitude, behavior and service quality remains to be examined. Using workers from chain restaurants in Taiwan as research subjects, this research investigated the role of psychological contract in the relationship among employee recreational involvement, job stress and job performance. The study used a questionnaire survey, and the research hypothesis was tested using linear regression. Results showed that recreational involvement had significant positive effect on job performance. At the same time, worker participation in active recreational activities showed weeker effect on resignation intention than participation in passive activities. Last, transactional psychological contract showed significant moderating effect on recreational involvement and improvement in resignation intention.
