Therefore, this study established a firefighters accident handling information query system, on the one hand to provide fire colleagues to inquire about all kinds of car accident cases faced by various situations, on the other hand to provide fire units ambulance service ambulance reference basis during implementation. This study implements the system for the study according to more than 100 colleagues’ fire prevention sample of the fourth disaster relief brigade, Taichung city government fire bureau. The following conclusions are obtained: (1) According to the time-related problems, the results show that the working hours for the occurrence of a car accident has a positive relationship. (2) According to the types of accidents,the analysis clearly shows the occurrence of car accidents was significantly higher than other types of incidences. (3) According to the hospitals, the analysis results located in the large Taichung sea area show that the people often choose Shalu Guangtian and WuQi Tong comprehensive hospitals for accident treatment. (4) According to the trauma treatment, comparison and analysis information show that most of the injured parts are body trauma and head trauma
