And then it further gets the mobile patient registration information management system tailored for use to study and plan other functions, which creates personalized ubiquitous learning to use information, expects improving the existing traditional paper job gap caused by the query speed, and lets busy doctors, staff and nurses keep track of the patient's condition. System architecture itself uses cloud computing as a back-end development technology to design a registration management information system to import data to be stored in the database, so that patients, doctors, nurses, and clerks can receive real-time registration management information services. In modern twenty-first century along with technology advances,the Internet, and the evolution of computer and network technology, information delivery method becomes more convenient and diversified, so technologies have advanced to a wireless network and 4G telecommunications network technology. However, the mobile Internet once again breaks the record of human initiative, regardless of which way,and the sophisticated information technology and the implementation by government make people able to browse the Internet anytime and anywhere, or engage in related work. Thanks to scientific and technological progress, portable mobile devices have improved from the traditional bulky size to become slim and light intelligent mobile devices that people can carry out more conveniently to retrieve information. In this study, the integration of database and cloud technology can save a lot of equipment costs in patient registration system action to establish a database of information, allowing doctors, staff and nurses to quickly enter the patient's information and inquiries used as an important basis for the adjustment of patient information. Through "the cloud", more flexible range of applications and extensive network combined with the cloud technology will be integrated in the mobile patient registration information management system,which indeed has necessity.
