Summary: | 碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 財務金融學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The main purpose of this study was to explore the analysis and status of the second-run theatres industry and management of individual companies. By means of field observation and interview of company executives and to understand the case company in which state of business environment, business philosophy, business strategies and marketing strategies in the industry. It uses Porter five forces analysis and SWOT analysis to business strategies of the case company. This research proposes some suggestions for the second-run theatres and the case company to improve their future operations. The results of this research are shown as follows:
1. The development of the second-run theatres industry in Taiwan has been limited by the size of the market. The second-run theatres is gradually re-duced. Therefore, with new market the continuing growth of its organization size,and Sustainable development.
2. The second-run theatres will inevitably face to adjust business strategy of choice in the future , even faced elimination.
3. The case company beyond the maintain “products quality” and “customer service”, case company do not only develop new customers but also provide marketing activities that is to retain the loyal customers and keep them.
