The people then share the information to other people, so that the erroneous messages spread around. Therefore, the awareness of online news has become very important for the college students most commonly using Internet. This study was conducted in three stages: The results of the first phase are the top three Internet news for the majority of college students to watch, they are Facebook (72.1%), Line (10.6%) and news website (7.2%) in sequence. The results of the second phase show that the college students of a university in central Taiwan watch online news mostly in the way of "browse the page, and just to see", accounting for about 84%. In addition, the process of forwarding the news is "it is important to be forwarded, and the source will be confirmed as a news site before forwarding", accounting for 37.21%, and "there is no reason, just want to forward", accounting for 13.95%; the third phase is the interviews with experts, the conclusion reveals that there are more incomplete information on the Internet. During the process of reading online news, the readers need to have their own judgment. As Internet users and information disseminators, they need to verify the information when they forward the information to other people. This research can be used as a reference in future news media courses. The instructor also can highlight the phenomenon of Internet information forwarding. Moreover, the future new media operators can also use the analysis results. Finally, in view of the widespread use of social media, occasionally there are rumors or erroneous (incomplete) information. It is necessary to study on the mechanism of Internet information dissemination to ensure that the audience can quickly absorb knowledge and the information is correct. Anthony Y. H.
