The purpose of this study is to investigate the special rescue teams of the Fire Services Department of the Ministry of the Interior and the trainees who are trained by the fire special examinations to understand their sleep status and provide an improved reference.
In this study, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory (PSQI) was used as the main scale. A total of 67 firefighters were involved in the special search and rescue team of the Ministry of the Interior, with a total of 67 men (100%). Trainees are trainees, male 353, accounting for 89.8%, 40 females, accounting for 10.2%.
The quality of sleep of the trainees in the Taiwan Fire Department and the quality of the special search and rescue team of the Fire Services Department of the Ministry of the Interior are closely related to the learning and work efficiency. Should improve the sleep quality of these two working environment, improve sleep quality in order to avoid physical or psychological harm caused by students or fire-fighters.
