Methods: This study was longitudinal and total 61 nurses were included in this study. The first test of knowledge and skills was arranged before the intervention of ACLS training, the second test was done after the ACLS training. ACLS context simulation was performed 3 months afterward and the third test was practiced 6 months later. The item of research included the basic information of nursing staff, ACLS written tests, Basic Life Support (BLS) skills tests, Megacode skiils tests, simple cardiovascular resusciation model, Ambu bag, stop watch, ACLS traning model, electrocardiogram (EKG) simulator and cardiac monitoring defibrilator. All data has been descriptive analysed by SPSS 24.0 software including Chi-squared test, Fisher's Exact Test, Analyssi of variance, Students T test, simple regression, multiple regression, Generalized estimating equation (GEE), Cochran's Q test, Post-hoc analysis and McNemar test. Result: The results showed that the age, nursing status, total nursing working years, the working years in emergency/critical care, the times of practicing CPR and review of ACLS article of nursing staff were significantly different in the result of performing ACLS skills and knowledge. The scores of the 3 tests have a trend that the scores of 3-month test have a great improvement than the pre-test and the scores of 6-month test has deteriorations in 4 items compared with the 3-month test. The study showed that the ACLS context simulation intervention has an obvious effect to keep memory of practicing skills and promoting knowledge. Conclusion: Reenforce training performed 3 months after ACLS training help for keeping the skills and knowledge. Therefore the ACLS simulation review course shoulde be arranged within 3 months after the initial ACLS traning course to prevent from deteriorations of knowledge and skill. The review course would be arranged in 10 to 15 minutes by the way of context simulation to increase team tactic understanding and keep CPR quality in the lower cost.
