Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 環境管理研究所 === 105 === In the year of 2015, Pingtung County Government actively promoting low-carbon urban and urual programs and recycling to reduce the disturbance caused by agricultural waste. Therefore, this research is conducted based on the re-using plan of the waste product of fruit and vegetables in low-carbon communities. This research includes: (1)Background check of four low-carbon communities: Jiuming, Sanquai, Yushui, and Daqiu of Jiuru County. (2)Promoting reduce, reuse, and recycle action plans. (3)Impact assessment on water environment interms of comparasion of benefit evaluations between making and using environmental enzymes and detergent versus chemical products sold in the market. (4)Effective evaluations of the action plans using satisfaction survey. Results from chemical composition analysis and water reports of the research shows that, environmental enzymes and detergent delivers a good cleaning function, reduces chemical polution and phosphorus polution on water. Satisfaction survey of the communties supports the promoting efficiency of propaganda education; it also shows the necessity of local action programs for resources sustainability. The model of operation and results of this research could be used to build a sustainable resources recycling community, and to be a reference for future study in cloning low carbon communities.
