Data analysis included reliability and validity test, variance analysis, t test, correlation, stepwise multiple regression and intermediate stratum regression. The major findings of this study revealed as follows: 1.The work-related stress managmentork of preschool educators was moderate. 2.The workplace well-being of preschool educators was moderate. 3.There were 40% cases of overwork of preschool educators. 4.Preschool educators for more than 15 yearsf, working pressure risk factor "demand", "relationship" control were significant poor. 5.The educare givers' work stress risk factor "managerial support" and "change" are poorly controlled, and the sense of "work satisfaction" and "organisational respect for the employee and care for employees" wee low. 6.The control of risk factor for workplace stress had a significant negative correlation with job burnout. The control of risk factor for workplace stress had a significant positive correlation with workplace well-being. Job burnout had a negative correlation with workplace well-being. 7.The control of risk factor for workplace stress and job burnout could significantly predict workplace well-being of preschool educators, among which "job burnout"and "demand" had the best significant power to negative predict. 8.Job burnout had partial mediation effect on the relationship between control of risk factors for workplace stress and workplace well-being. Finally, according to the results of the research and suggestions were provided respectively to the following researchers and educational administration authorities as references of workplace well-being and the related researches.
