According to the research conclusion, additional suggestions were offered as the references for educational institutions, junior high school teachers and future researches. This research used questionnaires to investigate low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan City.383 copies among them were effective,questionnaire recovery rate is 84.77%.Acquired data was analyzed by descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation, canonical correlation, and multiple regression analysis methods. Conclusions of the thesis are found as follows: 1. The family factors(Parent-child relationship and family atmosphere) of low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city was above average. 2. The school factors of low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city was above average,and the lowest is ” Teacher-student relationship”. 3. The counter-school culture behaviors of low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city was below average, and the lowest is ” Rebellion”. 4. Different parental attitudes of low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city in the counter-school cultural behaviors tend to have significant differences. Among these, the type of "laissez-faire" is significantly higher than "democracy" in the counter-school cultural behaviors. But the different family type, parental status of low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city at counter-school cultural behaviors is not significantly different 5. For low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city , the correlation between family factors(Parent-child relationship and family atmosphere) and counter-school cultural behaviors is significant low negative correlation. 6. For low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city , the correlation between school factors and counter-school cultural behaviors is significant moderate negative correlation. 7. The family factors for low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city,“parent-child relationship” and “family atmosphere” have a significant predictive effect on the overall counter-school cultural behaviors. The abandonment type of counter-school cultural behaviors of the highest predictive power. 8. The school factors for low-achievement junior high school students in Tinan city, "learning situation" and "school rules" have a significant predictive effect on the overall counter-school cultural behaviors.
