Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 105 === This study explores the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on job performance and intention to stay. We adopt convention sampling, target of military polices that include officers, sergeants and soldiers. We use the online- questionnaire was used to gather 251 valid questionnaires, 20 invalid questionnaires and 77% effective respond rate. The study use SPSS statistical software to test hypotheses. The findings show that organizational commitment has a positive significant influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive significant influence on job performance. The job satisfaction has a positive significant influence on intention to stay. The organizational commitment has a positive significant influence on job performance. The organizational commitment has a positive significant influence on intention to stay. Finally, these study result suggest theoretical implications and the direction of future researchers.
