碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 105 === Aircraft and other equipment need to be scheduled maintenance, maintenance tasks are mostly through a fixed or flexible maintenance group , quality (in line with the maintenance of inspection standards) and timeliness (in line with the maintenance standard working hours difference) are important indicators of the perform for the maintenance group. The quality and structure of maintenance group members affect the quality and timeliness of maintenance is the main purpose of this study. This research is based on the 50 maintenance group,to analyzes the maintenance group characteristics(interpersonal relationship,emotional management,subordinate relationship,command execution, team loyalty),the quality (resistance,attitude,experience, professionalism, professional discipline and professional ability) and other aspects of the quality and maintenance of the relationship between the maintenance of the relationship between the quality of maintenance.The results show that the maintenance group characteristics,the quality and professional accomplishment will significantly affect the maintenance of timeliness,maintenance group subordinate relationship,order implementation,team loyalty,distribution,coordination,ability,service year,professional concepts,professional training,professional discipline and professional ability of the higher the average quality,the higher the timeliness of maintenance(the fewer the completion of the maintenance time),in addition to the maintenance group of professional discipline,the other group characteristics and maintenance quality is not significant correlation.According to the results of the study,provide suggestions to improve the quality and timeliness of aircraft maintenance through the organization of the members of the maintenance group.
