碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 105 === Due to the rapid development of Taiwan's politics and economy, life in community has rapid changed; family and community networks has hollowing out in recent decades. In the process of social modernization and population urbanization, community awareness has also declining in recent decades. The major work of community is how to improve community awareness through social welfare measures, and increase well-being life. This study used stratified sampling, taking residents in Fuguo, Yongkang district, Tainan as population. Issued 360 questionnaires which valid was 344 and effective response rate was 95.56% . The community residents of the basic information impact to the participation of various welfare activities. Esults show that age and residential type (apartment or townhouse) have significant difference in community awareness. Community residents join in welfare service activities can enhance community awareness; community quarterly newspaper, community care, festivals or art activities and grandma school participation will enhance community identity clearly; community quarterly newspaper, free consultation service participation will significantly enhance community care awareness and community quarterly newspaper, community care, free consultation service, festivals or art activities participation will significantly enhance the community participation awareness. community quarterly newspaper, community care, free consultation service participation will enhance community affinity clearly. Based on the results of this study, it suggests how to enhance community awareness effectively by proposing different appropriate welfare activities for different groups.
