However, the dispatched workers are no longer temporary or alternative manpower. Most enterprises regard the relationship with the dispatched workers as "employment in a trial", and recruit the new employee from dispatched workers who are suitable. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of dispatched personnel on their willingness to stay under the human resources management of the dispatched company. In this study, the human resource management is used as the independent variables, the job security is used as the intermediary variable, and the willingness to stay is used as the dependent variable to do the empirical study. According to the literature review and the empirical results, the relevant conclusions are obtained as the following reference for the enterprises to improve job security and then improve the willingness to stay under the management of human resources to the dispatched workers. The subjects of this study are the long-term dispatched personnel with the opportunity to become formal employees. Four dispatch companies were involved to assist the questionnaire interview to their staffs. A total of 300 questionnaires were issued and 264 valid questionnaires were collected. The valid questionnaire was 93.28%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis. The results confirm that the human resource management of the dispatched personnel has a significant impact on the job security and the willingness to stay and the work guarantee has a complete mediating effect on the human resource management and the willingness to stay.
