Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 105 === ABSTRACT The purpose of this study Mainland university faculties was to explore the Psychological contract, Job Stress, and Happiness in mainland university faculties. The research tool of this study includes Psychological contract scale, Job Stress scale and happiness scale, and SPSS was used for statistical analysis. Total 275 sample copies were distributed and 200 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The results of this study demonstrate as followings:(1)The relationship between Psychological contract and Job Stress is significant correlations;(2)The relationship between Psychological contract and Happiness is significant correlations;(3)The relationship between Working pressure and Happiness is significant correlations;(4) Job Stress that operates in between Psychological contract and Happiness of Mainland university faculties; (5) The relationship between Psychological contract and Positive behavior is significant correlations ; (6) The relationship between Positive behavior and Happiness is significant correlations;(7) Positive behavior that operates in between Psychological contract and Happiness of Mainland university faculties.
