Through their hard work they’ve elevated the reputation of the block and stimulate tourism and economy in the area. The government or firms and companies will evaluate and analyze the potential development of the area to choose target areas to expand. Old Five Channels Cultural Zone is an area of five commercial channels. At first Zheng-Xing Street was not a well-known street there, after the efforts of local residents and the government it became lively. Zheng-Xing Street has even been awarded number three of the top ten sights of PIXinsight. In recent years different feature shops have opened on Zheng-Xing Street, now it is a block where the young hang out during the holidays and is one of the most well-known streets of Old Five Channels Cultural Zone. In order to understand how tourists feel after visiting Zheng-Xing Street, this study is to discuss the relationship among tourists ’perceived value, satisfaction and revisiting intension from the tourists’ point of view. The study is done by using questionnaire survey and collecting data, 646 are collected and valid. Next the tourists ’perceived value and satisfaction is analyzed and how these affect the intension of revisiting is discussed. Empirical results show that tourists’ perceived value has significant positive influence the intention of revisiting and satisfaction while satisfaction and has significant positive influence on intention of revisiting.
This study can supply the street transformation groups and related department of the government a reference for related decision-making of future plans to promote and manage the area in hopes of replicating its success.
