The subjects of the study were 120 people (semester course) and 30 open water divers courses (intensive courses). The questionnaire was collected by questionnaire survey, 126 questionnaires were collected, 118 questionnaires were validated by the structured questionnaires, which were divided into "recreation experience", "perceived risk" and "learning outcomes". This questionnaires were scored by Likert scale and by using structured questionnaires of the self-made scuba diving license course. The results were scored by independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance and Pearson ''s product variance, and the results were analyzed statistically. The results of the study are as follows: 1. There are positive responses in psychological and physical aspects, especially psychological feeling (M = 4.21) in the recreation experience questionnaire. 2. Among the perceptual risk questionnaires, students were more concerned with the risk of equipment and environmental weather, averaging 4.31 and 3.94. 3, Gender, teaching style and swimming ability did not affect recreational experience, perceived risk and learning outcomes (P> .05), only the financial risk of gender in perceived risk (males 3.49> females 3.17) and equipment risk (male 4.21 <females 5.52) reached significant levels.4. Recreational experience was positively correlated with learning outcomes (r = .39, p <.05). The conclusion points out that in the perceptual risk of scuba diving, participants were most concerned about the risk of equipment and environmental weather. 2. Swimming ability is not a factor in learning a scuba diving license course. 3. Semester and intensive teaching patterns have reached the scuba diving license course learning effect. 4. Learning outcomes and recreational experience show a positive relationship, to enhance the learning effectiveness of scuba diving, learners may have to consider the experience of recreation experience.
