The progress and availability of internet provide E-learning with less restriction on time and space. So, if E-learning can be incorporated into the teacher in-service education and training channel, it would be effective on cost, time and space. In addition, it helps to enhance teachers’ expertise and achieve their professional development. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey to the elementary school teachers in some districts of Kaohsiung. It is aimed to evaluate the attitude of elementary school teachers for adopting E-learning training courses. The questionnaire survey was conducted by using SPSS 18.0, independent t test, single factor variance analysis. After the analysis, Scheffe’s method is used to adjust significance levels. The findings of this study are listed below. Also, the researcher has summarized some conclusions and recommendations based on the results of the study to be referred by researchers and relevant entities for future study: 1. The elementary school teachers have a positive attitude towards the E-learning approach on teacher training. 2. As regards to the willing of adopting E-learning for teacher training, there are not significant differences for elementary school teachers with different gender, age, years of teaching experience, education background and position. 3. The grade levels as well as the average days of surfing the net per week have significant differences on the attitude of elementary school teachers adopting E-learning training courses.
