The research topic is how to improve the existing management strategy to enhance campus security. However, with the impact of regional differences and the educational system of campus security events occur in different forms. In recent years, the occurrence of major social news, found that almost caused heavy casualties in the elementary school system.
The first phase: Based on the Ministry of Education, the campus security events projects to investigate the frequency that occurred in nowadays schools, further analysis of the reasons for the more frequency of campus security events and the impact factors.
The second phase: The implementation of campus security educa-tion and strategies in nowadays schools and how to enhance the effec-tiveness of campus security, The implementation of the New Taipei City "Protect Student Safety Net" concept to enhance campus security related measures.
The third phase: To investigate the relationship between the envi-ronment and security events on campus influence on placed policy and campus security in recent years. In the cases of two, how to improve the software and hardware facilities of environment (such as setting the campus electric fence), to enhance campus security.
In this study, questionnaire survey method is used, investigating safety personnel to perform security policy in the elementary school, fur-ther understand the current status of implementation of safety policy, and improvement measures.
From analysis of SWOT of the campus security events, then find out the threat of hazards the campus security, creating opportunities to enhance campus security.
The final conclusion is that "campus safety" is by no means a single responsibility for schools and the Government. It is the common un-derstanding of all the people that they should maintain the safety of the campus. I think that it is necessary for students, parents and school staff three aspects to strengthen education and training, can significantly reduce the campus security incidents caused by casualties.
