These military instructors, transferred from military officers, have passed qualification tests and received educational trainings.However, what are the roles of military instructors in school? The study presented the background and motivation first, followed by the literatures review of the roles of military instructors play in senior high school, social support to them and their willingness to work. Next, the method of questionnaire survey was adopted. The subjects were chief military instructors, section chief of discipline, and general military instructors in senior high school. Through the literature and practical questionnaire survey results, the conclusions of this study are as follows: First, the military training instructors on their own role in the overall level of feeling is slightly higher. Second, military training instructors according to the current situation in the school under the role of the role of their social support of the overall feeling of the situation is moderate slightly lower. Third, the military instructors will work the overall feeling of willingness to work is low.Finally, some suggestions are put forward based on the above conclusions, the suggestions, hopefully, may serve as a guide for further research on management of military instructors for military educational administrative offices, schools and relevant authorities. 劉伯祥 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 120 zh-TW
