Therefore, for the safety and care of infants and young children, an infant safety monitoring system has been developed using the Internet of Things technology and the raspberry as the core of the whole research. The system is divided into emotional management and monitoring. The emotional management part is mainly designed to attract children's attention, covering the mechanical arm, flying horses, LED lights, and the keyboard. Users can open the web page to control any system through the mobile device and let flying horse and mechanical arm to do the angle of rotation and movement. LED can be used with the melody of the keyboard music rhythm to attract the eyes of infants and young children. At the same time, caregivers can use this time to deal with some things. The main equipment on the monitor end is the camera, which is connected to the raspberry host using USB. It’s able to instantly send video signals to web page or to the user's cell phone. When the infants and young children have a sudden situation, such as crying, hitting the wall and other emergencies that require immediate attention. The system can be used to monitor the indoor status and allows users free to start any system in order to calm infants’ and young children’s emotions. This not only provides safety and fun for infants and young children but also provide convenience to their parents.
