However, the paper-pencil check-in has a problem that the paper can be wetted by rain, and the check-in time is written by the check-in person on his own, the check-in person's actual time of arrival cannot be recorded correctly. When the RFID is used, if a check-in person forgot taking the RFID tag with him, he cannot check in, but he can ask someone to check in for him. In order to remedy these defects, this cooperative plan designs an electronic check-in system combined with fingerprint recognition, 3G communication technology, single chip and database. Based on this system, when a person reaches the patrol point, the fingerprint is imported via the fingerprint recognizer, and the single chip and 3G communication technology transfer the check-in person's information to the database of control center to register the personnel data and time. This project has the following characteristics: 1. the consumption of paper is reduced by using fingerprint recognition, reducing the impact on the environment. 2. the 3G communication technology is used, free of network layout, it is applicable to patrol in mountainous areas or to suburban and remote areas. 3. when a person is checking in, the database records the system time automatically as the register time of the data, there will not be cheat, and he cannot ask someone else to check in for him.
