In this changing environment, understanding and improving the respect for teachers is very important, otherwise the pressure of teachers is easy to increase. In this research, we focus on the degree of social support and happiness for New Taipei city elementary school teachers and create the correlation between. At the same time, we also study the difference between teachers with various backgrounds. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation. In this analysis, the degree of social support for elementary school teachers is good. We discovered that the highest is "friends and relatives support" and the lowest is "executive support". There are significant differences between various positions in social support. The level of happiness of the teachers is good. We found that the highest is "interpersonal relationships" and the lowest is "physical and mental health". There are significant differences between various gender, age, school size, positions, and marital status. From the results we observed that the social support and the happiness of teachers are significantly positively correlated.
