The findings are as follows: I. Taiwanese travelers do not have store brand loyalth in choosing duty-free shops. II. Taiwanese travelers will follow the advice of relatives and friends when purchasing goods,andwill affect the willingness to repurchase. III. When Taiwan travelers purchase goods,most of them select the products as tobacco and alcohol,cosmetics and second generation product. IV. Most Taiwanese travelers will be affected by others and change their behavior patterns. V. The price of the product is the most important consideration for all passengers,followed by packaging,and these will affect the willingness to purchase. The recommendation for the relevant industry: I. It is recommended that duty-free shops should establish a good brand image and a complete Vip system. II.
