attributes of Chinese people going abroad in Duty-free shops.This study uses qualitative
analysis to understand the changes in the spending power of Chinese people going abroad
and the experience sharing of the properties of shopping products in Duty-free shops through
literature and in-depth interviews.
The findings are as follows:
I. Taiwanese travelers do not have store brand loyalth in choosing duty-free shops.
II. Taiwanese travelers will follow the advice of relatives and friends when purchasing
goods,andwill affect the willingness to repurchase.
III. When Taiwan travelers purchase goods,most of them select the products as tobacco
and alcohol,cosmetics and second generation product.
IV. Most Taiwanese travelers will be affected by others and change their behavior
patterns.
V. The price of the product is the most important consideration for all
passengers,followed by packaging,and these will affect the willingness to purchase.
The recommendation for the relevant industry:
I. It is recommended that duty-free shops should establish a good brand image and a
complete Vip system.
II. Commodities need to increase the marketing of online marketing,in line with the
trend of the times.
