This study explores the key factors influencing the use of bank APP from the perspective of bank clients, and more through the technology acceptance model (TAM) as the relevant research structure, and discusses the use intention by adding the perceptual risk theory and the theory of innovation diffusion. But also through the questionnaire survey collected 300 bank customers as a sample of empirical analysis.
