Due to the restriction of the law, the number of branches of foreign banks in Taiwan can be limited, so by merging domestic banks to expand the market share is a fast and effective way. However, both local and foreign banks have considerable cultural differences, regardless of their business or behavioral style. Whether it is management or business grassroots level, if the organization of cultural differences caused by poor communication, will make the organization idle, and even personnel to leave, wasted due to the merger brought about by the resources and efficiency. This study is based on the thorough study of qualitative research, and the relevant literature and other information supplemented by the analysis and research, the last respectively because of organizational culture differences, resulting in bank operators, business people, the role of management Changes and differences in the way of communication to observe, explain and respond to the way, look forward to the banking industry after the merger of both sides of the smooth development of cultural reference.
