From the apps designed for the public to many enterprises launch their own apps now, it promote the convenience to users. Users can use the apps no matter where or when they are. Therefore, it becomes the development target of many enterprises and companies.
Take Shih Hsin University as an example, this university launched a campus mobile application and it investigated the using behavior of students in this university. Based on the perceptive theory of value, it used Likert scale, personal information and usable condition. The research conclusion can be a reference for development organization, it makes students use campus apps more convenient, and narrow the gap between school and students.
Research shows that the perceived value has the influences on the students’ using behavior. Except for the social value to the negatively prominent influence on the student using behavior, the function, emotion, epistemic, and conditional value are all positive influence on the student using behavior. Through the questionnaire’s opening answers, we can also know that the reason why students didn’t download is because they didn’t know the campus mobile application’s existence. On the other hand, students hope the website layout can be optimized.
