Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 105 === The objectives of this study are to examine the current status of the Chinese Naval Academy with respect to organizational culture, trust relationships and professional identity, analyze the variations in them among respondents with different background variables, explore the interrelationship among the constructs under study, and use regression analysis to understand the impact of organizational culture on trust relationships, organizational culture on professional identity and trust relationships on professional identity.
A questionnaire survey design was employed and quantitative research was adopted in this study. 240 questionnaires were issued to respondents drawn from the cadets of Chinese Naval Academy and 230 were collected. Among those 12 questionnaire, 218(90.83%) were valid while the other 9 were invalid. After coding, the data set were later analyzed using
descriptive statistics, T test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and regression analysis.
The results of this study are as follows:
1. As a whole, the respondents achieve above average scores of organizational culture, trust relationships and professional identity. Among them, professional identity has the highest scores, trust relationships come second, and organizational culture is the lowest one.
2. The Chinese Naval Academy personnel with different personal background such as gender, marriage status, education, age, department and grade demonstrate significant differences in organizational culture.
3. The Chinese Naval Academy personnel with different personal background such as gender, marriage status, education, age, school system, department and grade reveal significant differences in Trust Relationships.
4. The Chinese Naval Academy personnel with different personal background such as education and age exhibit significant differences in professional identity.
5. Organizational Culture has partially positive influence on trust relationships.
6. Organizational Culture has partially positive impact on professional identity.
7. Trust Relationships has partially positive influence over professional identity.
