Mobile instant messaging software uses a variety of user communication and messaging methods which make people finish their work faster with the rapid exchange of information, and it can reduce work conflict and misunderstanding with the instant messaging software while discussing the task which does not finish. Best of all, it will raise strff working efficiency. However, it is less common to do the research related to how the use of the instant messaging software, conflict management affect employee performance.
