Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 社會工作碩士班 === 105 === The study aimed to explore the interactions and effects among officer’s personal perception of military job rotation, the intimate relationship between spouses, and officers personal identity of the military organization in present military job rotation system. By the results of this study, we expected to have better understanding about the actual officer’s rotation, in addition to have more different reflections, to reduce the risk factors and thus enhanced the national combat capability.
This study uses quantitative approach by using questionnaires as data-collection technique. Purposive sampling and snow-ball sampling is used to obtain 282 questionee from volunteer officers.
Our results show : 1. Some background changes were significantly different betreen “perception of military job rotation”, “intimate relationship” and “identification of military organization” show significant difference on certain background variables; 2.“Perception of military job rotation” show positive prediction on “identification of military organization.” 3.“Perception of military job rotation” shows positive have positive prediction on “intimate relationship.” 4.“Intimate relationship” shows positive prediction on “identification of military organization.” 5.“Intimate relationship” shows certain mediating effect on “perception of military job rotation” and “identification of military organization”, and “perception of military job rotation” and “intimate relationship” show significant effects on “military organization identification.” 6. Excessive rotation in a short period of time experiences will have a negative impact on “perception of military job rotation”, “intimate relationship” and “identification of military organization.” 7. For those officers who live closer to their home will experience better the “intimate relationship” and “identification of military organization.”
