碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 心理碩士班 === 105 === The study seeks to describe a process that the researcher forms the self-consciousness under the context of the time period. The narration of these life stories follows the dimensions of the continuity of past and present, reviewing the important events in the life course, as well as the people and situations involved in the events helps the researcher clarify the process and the result of self-awareness. The researcher confronts her safeguard and projection during the relationship, faces the emotion that has been avoided and depressed in the past, and then, frankly accepts different sides of self. In this way, the researcher also recognizes others during the process of the exploration experience. Meanwhile, the researcher expands the possibility to re-choose within the frame, and learns to accept the inner needs and emotions, thus, becomes the person who is capable to love.
